Chris Porterfield is back on the HBS team! Head Board Shop is proud to have him back. More news: In the works is a Pittsburgh Premiere of Jackalope, Long live the 'lope. Hickey and Porterfield on the same team again, and it makes Jackalope that much sweeter. Stay tuned.

BW Films presents: The Zeal Video Premiere! "Skateboarding all over with wings." Includes locals: Steve D., Luke Bennet, Mike Rusak, Doug Plezia, Tim Beal, James Lamantia, Ryan Kieser, Colin Adams, Robo, and all skate homies from Raliegh, L.A., and Miami.
The Premiere is Friday, May 4th at 7:30 and 8:30, it's all ages, although drinks are available with ID. It only costs a couple of bucs, and it is at the Shadow Lounge, 5972 Baum Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA. DJ Keil Mazur "Mr. Pittsburgh" will also be there. Click on this to see a trailer.

Will D. worked with us on the Oakland skate jam last year, He just emailed me with info on the 3rd annual GnArbor Day Skate Jam. They're throwing a jam for Arbor Day up there...
I think I'll just quote Will's Email: "after all trees are skateboards that havent been made yet.
and skateboarding is nature... right? yea. it's right.
It's the 3rd annual GnArbor Day Skate Jam, (you can google search it and find last year's; "arbor day skate jam")
should be pretty sick, had 73 riders last year and about 300 bucks worth of free swag.
the reason i'm telling you is maybe some of the folks down there would wanna come up.
It's a 4 hour drive, which sucks but it'd be worth it. some kids drove 8 hours from CT last year and didnt regret.
Also we could put anyone up for the night and probably have a hell of a time, we could even buy the booze, why not we're school funded..."

It was in the Harrisburg Patriot newspaper Thursday, March 15,
Local and State section.
They are drafting an anti-skateboarding ordinance. It also says that
nearby towns are doing the same.
Skateboarders need to do something. An anti-skateboarding law is a strike
at all skateboarders.
The town of Camp Hill will have another meeting in April to decide if they
should advertise it for a final vote.
They did mention the idea that they build a skatepark but it was brushed
off saying kids wouldnt use it because of saftey regulations.
Something needs to be done!!!
